I am looking to reduce my direct debit, but can't at the moment. I am wondering if I make an additional lump sum payment, will that allow me to reduce the d/d?
The payment OVO had set up initially was low, but the one now to correct it is insanely high, so I am looking for a happy medium.

I do know you can add a top up payment towards your bill on the My OVO website at any time, (Click on payments tab on home page).
After that, if you are still not able to change the Direct Debit I believe you would need to talk to OVO directly, I'm sure they will be more than happy to assist :D
