What's the right email for Customer Services?

I’m a new customer and tried to reply to an email from OVO regarding my switch.  It has bounced back saying the email is invalid - hello@service-comms.ovoenergy.com

How do I email explaining my meter numbers are incorrect as my switch date is soon?

That’s not the correct email to use. You can find the correct email address on our Help centre, which you’ll find our online chat if you need to get in touch.
