Why have I been billed to incorrect unit rate prices?

I have been told by OVO that i have been billed incorrectly for the last year. Apparently I was on their 'cheapest tarriff eco 7" But have been billed eco 10 or got a 10 meter???

I do not understand .. I was in credit but am worried they are going to say I owe them now!! They say it will take around 4 weeks to sort it out.. during that time I will likely go crazy with stress... Can anyone enlighten me?

This is one for our Customer Service team, Ninj as the team will need to look into your account. If any of our users have had a similar experience, I'm sure they'll comment on this post with some further advice.
