Well it's been a busy week, launching a forum is not for the faint hearted. 🙂 Luckily we're a brave lot at OVO Energy and never shy away from a challenge, especially when it benefits our customers!
The good news is, it was well worth it! Its been great to see our first new members signing up and getting involved. We've seen some really good discussion already and it's clear that smart meters are definitely a hot topic for our customers right now.
